Prevent problems before they happen!
Keep your business running smoothly by pre-scheduling Service Check-ups. These services help you prevent down time and can also reduce
service calls by taking care of low priority issues in one service call. Some clients schedule check-ups once a month, others once a
quarter - we'll work with you to find the best solution. We specialize at making our system work for your and your business.
The following is an example list of services that could be preformed at the check-ups:
Network Maintenance
- File patches and fixes for network operating systems
- Tape backup verification
- Virus updates
- Check of system resources - memory utilization, harddisk space availability and general condition of drives
- Maintain a "Network Site Book" - to be kept at your location. It provides a written record of services
preformed and inventory of equipment
PC and Printer Maintenance
- File patches and fixes for PC's, NIC's and software when necessary
- Software and hardware upgrades
- Check system resources on pc's - memory utilizations, harddisk space availability and general condition of drives
- Cleaning of equipment when necessary
- Inspect and restore printer rollers when necessary to prevent paper jams and misfeeds
- Inspect printer fuser assemblies for wear
General Service Maintenance
- Technician would check in with you and take care of miscellaneous problems that have occurred since the last Service Check-up
